Most likely your water pressure is too high, and the water flow is causing water hammer on your pipes at the turns. To alleviate this, you can lower your water pressure, or install shock arresters at the problematic areas. Or, it's possible that your pipes are rubbing against metal hangers, causing the noise. You can put tape on the pipe at the hangers.
